MINOTER S.p.A., with legal headquarters in Cagliari, Via Galassi, 2, (subsequently, the "Company"), represented by the pro-tempore delegate appointed by the Executive Board for the purpose of staff recruitment, will accept online response to job vacancies published on the website, enabling moreover the uploading of CVs for spontaneous application.
To this aim, the Company requests that those concerned provide detailed information pertaining to the suitability for positions present in the Company or group holdings.
The Company undertakes to use information provided in accordance with currently enforced laws and, particularly, with regulations governing the protection of personal data. To this regard, in line with specifications laid down by Law 196/2003, the Company requests that you carefully read the following.
1. Procedure
The Company will handle data in accordance with currently enforced laws and regulations.
Printed matter and electronic copies of data will be registered and handled for the sole purpose of data processing. The safety and privacy of all data is ensured.
The Company will handle data provided for the following purposes:
1) correct registration, filing all details provided by the applicant;
2) updating of variations notified by the applicant;
3) storage in a form allowing applicant to be identified for a period limited to the purpose for which data were provided.
2. Aims
With the aim of staff recruitment, the Company may request that applicant upload onto the company website copy of his or her curriculum vitae, together with other pertinent details needed to verify the suitability of the candidate to meet Company requirements. The Company reserves the right to cancel data received from its files, should the latter prove to be false, incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-date.
3. Sensitive data
Applicants are kindly requested to not include sensitive data (pertaining, in particular, to health religion and politics). Should data provided contain sensitive data, the latter may only be processed by the Company following written authorisation by the applicant. Failure to authorise the above may imply erasure of data from Company files.

4. Providing of data
The providing of data requested by the Company is optional. However, failure to comply with the request will imply the impossibility to apply for positions vacant advertised on the Company website, or to upload spontaneous applications.
By providing data requested, applicants automatically authorise processing of data by the Company for the purposes illustrated above.
5. Communication of data
The Company may process data directly or with the assistance of an internal or external third party appointed for this purpose. Moreover, personal details may be notified to company holdings, acting on their own behalf, for the sole purpose of verifying the potential interest of curricula vitae. Furthermore, data may be disclosed to companies collaborating with the Company, with a view to potential recruitment. Under no circumstances will data be freely circulated.
6. Applicants’ rights
Item 7 of the above-mentioned law implies the acquiring of specific rights. In particular, applicants are entitled to receive confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, irrespective of whether or not these have already been recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.
Moreover, applicants may request to be informed of the source of data, the logic applied, the purpose and method of processing, as well as identification data concerning the data controller, data processors, designated representative and entities or categories to whom or which personal data may be disclosed and who or which may in any way gain knowledge of personal data in their capacity as designated representative in the State’s territory, data processors or persons in charge of processing.
Applicants moreover are entitled to obtain the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, as well as the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of data. He or she may also request certification that the above operations have been notified to the entities to whom or which data have been disclosed; he or she may object to data processing on legitimate grounds.
